Beziers Christmas Market.

It's November, which means that whether we like it or not (and let's face it, we do), Christmas is upon us! One of the best things about Christmas time, is going out and choosing gifts for your family and friends, and the best place to do that in my opinion, is a market. Sure, you'll have to actually leave the house and search for the perfect gift, but I find that so much better than just clicking on a web page like Amazon and then putting in your credit card details.

Beziers Christmas fair is a great place to do all of this. Beginning on the 11th of December and going on right up until Christmas Eve, the Allees Paul Riquet and the square in front of the Mairie become full of the most beautiful little chalets covered with fake snow. Every stall is selling something completely different and original, from jewelerry and art to mulled wine and roasted chestnuts. Everyone is in a festive mood, bobbing their heads along to the music being played throughout the town. There is even a fair for the kids to enjoy, with big rollercoasters as well as little merry-go-rounds.

If you get the chance, you should definitely head on down and enjoy the fun :)
